You acknowledge that you are purchasing a single license for this workshop for your personal, individual use only. You are not permitted to share or reveal your login details with any third party.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS All sales are final and no refunds or credits will be given before, during or after the workshop. No exceptions can be made due to the nature of our workshops.
If a workshop is canceled by Kellie Chasse Fine Art due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.
EFFECTIVE PERIOD The online workshops are designed to be completed within the period outlined in the individual workshop details. Registrants have access to each workshop during the in-session dates as well as the grace period afterwards noted with each workshop.
Access to workshop materials beyond these dates, if applicable, requires a separate purchase.
USE OF WORKSHOP MATERIALS All workshop materials, including but not limited to videos, images, and written content, are the property of Kellie Chasse Fine Art and are protected by copyright laws.
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the workshop materials for their personal, non-commercial use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the workshop materials for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Kellie Chasse Fine Art.

In the event that Kellie Chasse Fine Art shall fail to provide the Workshops in accordance with these terms, Kellie Chasse Fine Art's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for breach of these terms shall be to refund all payments actually received by Kellie Chasse Fine Art from you for the Workshops in question. In no event shall the aggregate liability for damages of Kellie Chasse Fine Art arising from these terms, whether by contract or tort, exceed the amounts you paid to Kellie Chasse Fine Art.
